Saudi Tabreed operates and maintains District Cooling Schemes through its fully owned Operation and Maintenance arm, Saudi Tabreed Operations and Maintenance Company, (STOM).
Established in 2010 and Headquartered in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, STOM operates and maintains District Cooling plants through long term contracts at Saudi Aramco in Dhahran, Jabal Omar in Makkah and the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, King Khaled International Airport,KKMC, Qurrayah Independent Power Plant, Alraidah Digital City, King Faisal University Chiller plant, King Khalid University Hospital, and, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
