Saudi Tabreed follows the strategy of distributed profit center business philosophy and alwayswelcomes partners who can bring synergy to Saudi Tabreed Business Model.

Currently Saudi Tabreed has formed multiple Joint Venture companies in partnership with regional players or as fully owned subsidiaries.

a. Saudi Dhahran District Cooling Company

This SPV is created to execute Saudi Aramco Project and is a fully owned subsidiary of Saudi Tabreed. The Company is registered Saudi Arabia, Eastern Province and Khobar as its headquarters. The current partners are Saudi Tabreed and ACWA holding.

b. Operation and Maintenance Company for District Cooling Systems (STOM)

The SPV is created to cater to the "Operation and Maintenance" of District Cooling facilities within Saudi Arabia. This also is a fully owned subsidiary and was created in 2010. The Company is in the process of being established and is already showing its presence within the O&M market in KSA.

c. Marafiq Cool

Marafiq is the exclusive utility provider within the RC area of Jubail and Yanbu. Saudi Tabreed in partnership with Marafiqcreatedthis SPV to develop District Cooling Schemes within Royal Commission area ofJubail and Yanbu. The SPV Company "Marafiq Cool" is created in 2010 to pursue the DC schemes in Jubail and Yanbu including the Operation and maintenance of centralized cooling facilities.

d. Marafiq Taiba

Saudi Tabreed is an equal partner in the SPV "Madinah Taibah" for developing the district cooling services within Madinah area. The new company is already registered and is pursuing various clients to start developing its first scheme.
