1. Saudi Aramco,Dhahran Area District Cooling Service Provider Contract:

The company has signed agreement with Saudi Aramco to provide cooling services to Saudi Aramco Dhahran complex. The agreement was executed in February 2010 and achieved the financial closure in May 2010.The Design cooling capacity of the Plant and distribution network is 32,000 TR and is based on 25 years BOO structure. The initial scheduled service commencement for 27,000 TR capacity is middle of 2012.

Aramco Project is one of first Limited Recourse, long term (20 Years) Project Financed District Cooling Scheme within the Middle East region.

2. KAFD (King Abdallah Financial District, Riyadh) :

The company signed an agreement on February 24 2010, with Raydah Investment Company (RIC), Riyadh in consortium with SNC Lavalin Canada for the provision of District Cooling Services to their King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). The project isto Design, Build, Operate and Maintain the District Cooling Plant and related distribution network within KAFD developments.

The total Plant capacity is 100,000 TR (2 X 50,000 TR) and the first phase (50,000TR) plant and network is expected to be commissioned during the middle of 2012.
